anyone ever hear of/hear these guys? they're from the UK i think, anyway, i found out about them just now while checking out the events calendar for local musical hotspot "The Townehouse", apparently they're playing here this month, i think i'm gonna go see them. opinions? feedback? show reviews?
Euro music magazine Big Cheese says “(they) have taken a melodic punk sound, added great big chunks of rockabilly and a side order of ska, the overall result sounding something like Green Day jamming with Tiger Army and the Stray Cats.” Kerrang concurs, referring to The Hitchers as having: “a winning blend of riotous ska-punk and 50's style rock 'n' roll".
