I dl'ed this off the tracker and am finally listening to it on my headphones at work, so i can hear some of the quieter Gordie parts better....

Anyway, at the beginning he dedicates Gift Shop to Connor, and during the song sings something like "My name is Connor, I'm 5 years old," and the what sounds like "I have cancer"????? or something...

I was just curiuos if anyone knew the story behind this......

In Kingston's Across the Causeway show this year, at the intro of ABAC Gord says something along the lines of:

"This song's for Riley O'Connor...and don't ask why"

Maybe there's some connection there.
