Hey guys! Trying to get some help!
Well i wanted to video tape a past concert (Jim Cuddy). Well since my camcorder MIC is not the totaly greatest. I tried something new! I used my MD mics (witch are MUCH better).
But after taping, the sound on the video was disstorted so bad, it was a complete wast of time taping......


Anybody know anything that might help me in making my audio on my video tapings better?

I had a similar problem, and it had to do with recording in 16bit vs 12 bit. Using external mics my camera had to record in 12 bit... along with a number of other settings that needed to be changed.

I found it easier to record video and audio separately and then sync them in a video editor.
