...Hardly worth the wait, though. 8)

I'M FINISHED UNIVERSITY!!! FOREVER!!! KALOO KALAY!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I can't believe it finally happened. I was so excited I couldn't study for my last exam, so it took me half as long to write as it should have which means after one thousand two hundred and six days, I got out an hour early. So much for time off for good behaviour!

But now, to the tune of a great thrashing rock record (Southern Rock Opera - the Truckers), I am officially have my best day in four and a half years!!!

I have departed from the perfectly understandable realm of the directionless student to being *OFFICIALLY* directionless in life! :?

I need a drink...

Conratulations.
Congrats, now you too can experience the joys of job search and tuition repayment
Hells ya! what a relief, huh? ....I hope you don't wake up for three days...nothing to look forward to but marriage, kids, and the endless 40 hour cycle between the weekends. I don't mean to bring your down...I've been out of college for...hmmm...I actually have to think about this...hmmm...9 F$%* years...holy christ...and I'm still celebrating....go put that degree to use!

Not likely! For now I'll still be working security...40 hour cycle?! I WISH I made enough money per hour that I could afford to work 40 hours! I was doing 50-60 during school and now that I've got that out of the way, I'll probably be pulling 70-80 hours a week....weekends included. I'm saving up for the big move to BC next year so it's worth sacrificing my weekends for the time being!!

Sleeping with a VERY MINOR minor in English Lit. See why it'll be hard to put this degree to use? haha...

The day Johnny Fay puts out a solo album of Jamaican steel drumming. Tongue

It's been a long road...and to think four years ago when I started, I was memorizing pegmatite composition in the Meguma group granite batholith. How plans change!

Thanks for the good wishes, everybody. It feels GREAT!! Now, to set my sights on the Rocky Mountains...July 2005!! Make way!! :thumb:
Congrats Neil !! That's really awesome ! :thumb:

congrats, time to celebrate!!! ENJOY!!!
So what are you going to do with all the spare time you'll have, now that you're not wasting it on school? Something a little more productive perhaps? Like, say, hanging out at the Hipbase?

Seriously though, good on you, Neil. I know you've been looking forward to this for quite some time. :thumb:
Congrats, now you'll have even more time to spend posting on hipbase!
