Tim Dickinson is a writer and editor based in San Francisco who'd like to know what Justice Stephen Breyer had been smoking when he said this during Supreme Court arguments about Medical Marijuana: "You know, he grows heroin, cocaine, tomatoes that are going to have genomes in them that could, at some point, lead to tomato children that will eventually affect Boston."
