What's the fact? I'm reading everything there...

hock: That is a little bit bizarre. Granted it is a Canadian site, and the record itself could (should...is?) considered a Canadian rock-album legend, its still fairly surprising to see it at number 9. And I like the reviews of the album too... its always interesting to hear what fans (and not the die-hard fans who visit an entire forum dedicated to the band, just the passive fans) have to say. And not one of the reviews is from a Canadian... "THE MUSIC IS THE PERFECT BALANCE IN ROCK... "... I agree...


...EDIT... the surprising thing is that it's the ninth best-seller on Amazon.ca

Road Apples is one seriously impressive album. I have no problems thinking of it as perhaps the single greatest Hip album though I'll certainly entertain arguments for other albums.

Road Apples is an expectional cross section of the power and poetry of The Hip.
