i've always wondered what "scottitude" is...and now i know...that was some serious "scottitude" right there folks...

I'm not getting mixed up in the bitch-slapping, but has anybody noticed how often lately the issue of consuming bandwidth has been invoked to tell people to bugger off? :lol:

a) I do not proclaim to be The World's Greatest Hip Fan, nor would I even want to be; I'm nothing more than a longtime fan who's been to 33 shows to date, b) I do not think TTH suck ? cratch: ?... I just think that if they'd like guys like me to attend 33 more shows, they should diversify the setlist, & c) just because I have opinions, and will defend them, does't make me any more egocentric than anyone else here.

For the record, here is why you launched your little tirade: I had an opinion ----> you didn't agree with it, so ----> you made a snotty remark and quoted me out of context ----> I called you on it ----> it hurt your pride, so ----> you unjustifiably and erroneously accused me of quoting out of context -----> I demonstrated that you were full of shit for doing so -----> you threw a tantrum out of frustration.

:lol: Dude, don't kid yourself into thinking you "hurt my pride"; I just see you for the pompous ass you are and that obviously hurts yours. I really don't care what you think of me; what chaps my ass is that there are tens or hundreds of thousands of Hip fans out there who deserve to hear Courage, Grace, NOIS, ABAC or any other well-known tune of which you've grown weary, and they deserve to be excited about them, look forward to them, and post about their experience.

In my opinion, your constant snarking about shitty setlists and your entitlement is a way for you to attempt to invalidate their enthusiasm and elevate your own self-image while painting an unfavorable image of five musicians whose commitment and body of work mean a great deal to me and many others.

I don't know what's lacking in your life, but I sincerely wish you the best in resolving the issues that plague you. :thumb:

As far as everyone else is concerned, I apologize for my part in the perpetuation of this interchange and will refrain from further participation, even if there are future attempts to goad me into it.
