I think there will be more from the new album. Maybe Nashville or You're Everywhere will compliment VScar

The Ottawa statium is outside, what is the weather going to be like there?
Gord better keep his lips away from that metal microphone stand!

COLD. It's already -10 at night here, we're going to be frozen to the Bank street bridge by the time the boys are done.
P.S. AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOO'S!

I remember when Tom Cochrane played in Edmonton during halftime, and he said it was very hard to play the guitar because of the cold!

Hopefully Scar won't be played. I'm not a big fan of the song from hearing some live versions of the song. I'll probably love it after actually hearing it live in December but right now I don't think it's a very strong live song. To me, Paul's guitar isn't loud enough.
Anyway, I think Poets will be played. I think Nashville will be played and probably Vaccination Scar.

Don't count out Nashville -- Few people have said "Fuck" on the CBC more than Gord.
That being said
Gus -- possibly a new single
ABAC -- a good crowd sing along
Bones -- a song with a football reference. Why the hell not
Cheers
Pat

So it should be close to -10 degrees celsius by the time the Grey Cup rolls around, and we all know Gord loves singing in more 'tropical' conditions; is the cold going to affect his singing? Have the Hip ever played in this type of condition before?

I'm gonna go with:
Gus
Poets
Little Bones

Point of reference...last year, Sam Roberts and Bryan Adams were the halftime show - SRB did "Where Have All the Good People Gone" and BA did "Summer of '69" and "Can't Stop This Thing We Started"...
Taking that into consideration, I'll put my money on:
VS
Blow
Poets (hey, if it's good enough for the Queen...)
Regardless, as long as it's the Argos and Roughies playing, I don't care what the halftime show is!... :thumb:
