Nope, seems to me like a good idea to snag some casual Hip fans into attending a show..now if they were drastically reduced then sales might be really slow. I'm thinking they'll only offer the 35 dollar seats to those who take up this offer.
It is going to be a zoo with parking with the football game..

plus the football fans drunk on those lion sized beers!!!
How many people would really take advantage of this? (People who will travel to Ottawa for the game and live in/willing to travel to Vancouver, AND who like the Hip BUT not enough to have already bought tickets at full price.

Less than 50?
umm, the offer is for the Western Division Final in BC so I think the pool of people is going to be more than 50.

I kind of agree... They are not saving that much money... even any occasional fan in the area would have tickets if they wanted to go. I can see it targeting people who either are so out of the loop that they actually don't know that they will be performing, or people who don't know them, but think "Sure... it's something to do"

Either way, it is pretty surprising.....
Kind of sad too...Sad Where are all of the people like us who love them and live to buy their tickets???

Obviously that's clear now that I have re-read the message Smile
