Can somebody give me an idea of what the songs on this folder on the ftp is about? Who made it? etc...

Yep, I put it together with a lot of love. Have an eighth disc I never released that has a
very early version of Locked. If people are interested, I'll dig it out. Jason did do the art for the discs, does anyone know what ever became of him? Nice to see people actually liked that project. There's some pretty good cuts on those. I'd love to redo the discs, but man, they took me months to finish the first time.
How about creating a torrent of all the discs and posting it on the tracker?
I downloaded this 7 CD set from The Hundredth Meridian (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.thehundredthmeridian.com/">http://www.thehundredthmeridian.com/</a><!-- m -->) recently and the track listing is missing on a few discs and I wondered if anybody had the info.
For Disc 4, 6 and 7 I have no song titles and the info file is blank. Can anybody help?

Yikes, surprised to see this. I doubt I kept any of the track listing info. I also had an eighth disc that I shared with just a few. In listening to it, there was a lot of crap recordings. Not bad for almost ten years ago...
I had suggsted revisiting it now that tons more soundboard stuff is available.
In the last week, I picked up a new computer and a 500 gig external hard drive. In going through my binders, I found a butt load of Downie stuff that I never got around to passing out. Anyone remember the free tracks released on chapters.ca? The CBC interviews and readings?
I'll sort it out and get it to Chris to put on the FTP.

I think I have the actual artwork from disks 1-5.
When I get home I'll check to see what track 4 is listed as. (and give it a listen)
These are pretty cool compilations, especially considering the year they were made and the technology available.

I can and will, but I only have the hard copies so they would be scans.
