That's right, BOOOOOOOOOOOO. Thank goodness the team I'm booing finally lost!
Pedro was a near-disaster, and I sure hope they aren't counting on him for the World Series, but I like their chances. Now COME ON ST. LOUIS and give me a World Series I can be proud to watch!!!

By the way, major thank-you to Sportsnet for cutting to commercial and Sportsnet News just as the Sox were coming together for a group hug. If I didn't get Fox, I woulda been pissed!

Sox won. Yankees lost. Now it's time for the Cards or Astros to make sure those Boston hacks don't win. I'm not confident this will happen though. I just don't care for Boston and New York sports fans. They are the epitome of dirtbags.(note: not all of them, so don't take offense if you are not one of them)

It's kind of like they say about the Hip in that it's not neccesarily the team (Sox) I hate, it's their fans!

Congratulations Red Sox fans! I don't think I've ever been as thrilled to see a non-favourite baseball team of mine win a series as I was tonight. To put the icing on the cake, A-Rod did squat, and some jackass Yankee fan threw a ball at Damon once again proving that Yankee fans are the scum of the Earth. Thanks for the memories!
At now we know that $184 million can buy you the biggest collection of choke artists in the history of Major League Baseball. :jump

You see the shot of Billy Crystal after the game! PRICELESS! I hope Guliani was there to see the debacle too!

I sincerely hope that George Steinbrenner is trashing his diamond box and taking the Lord's name in vain somewhere in NYC  What a way to put PAID to the Curse!! :rambo: :rambo: :jump :jump :jump :jump :jump

I love how they pointed out that the first two Wankees pitchers, who lasted only 2-4 innings each, cost the team over $25 million for a few innings of bad pitching.
Where will the blame go? The starting pitcher had better not get all the criticism from Wanks fans who are afraid to admit their monster fell apart as an entire team for four whole games...the blame here should be WIDELY distributed.

Well the Sox have been to the series 4 times since 1918 and they haven't won it, so the curse isn't over yet. I can envision a 3rd Series loss to the Cardinals in their future. :thumb:
