Yes I'm well aware of that movie, I just didn't get the meaning.
it was on the cover of a free magazine called "Network" available at music world's i believe, i think it is from 97, around the release of TATH, i have that issue somewhere, but the cover with that picture is torn off, and all of the hip content has been removed, as both are in a concert scrapbook i used to work on. awesome picture, glad you found it, i've wanted a shot of that for sooooo soooo long...and now i have one, so thank you
