This may sound stupid, but I can add, subtract, divide and multiply unusually fast....
Well in addition to have an unhealthy amount of useless knowledge crammed into my brain I can bench press 275 lbs, which makes me well prepared to spend most of my waking hours in a cubicle. :thumb:

Not bad... what do you weigh? I've got a LONG way to go before I can finally top 200. 275 is impressive.

I'm hovering right around 225 these days.

I'm starting to lag in the motivation department lately. If there wasn't a gym where I work, I'd probably never go.

Wow... 50lbs above body weight. I weigh about 170lbs (depending daily on how far I run and how many Peanut M&M's I eat afterwards) and I'm still struggling with reps of 200lbs. I'm new to the weight game, what's your secret?

I guess my only advice would be to mix up your routine a lot. I was doing the same amount of reps ever week when I started out and I ran into a wall at around 205 lbs. So now maybe I'll do 3x8 on the bench 3 days one week and then I'll go 12-10-8-6-15 or something like that the next week. If your muscles get too used to one routine then you can get stuck or at least that's what I've been told. It seems to be working out ok for me so far. Maybe try running after you lift too. 275 is a max btw, I think I'd have to pump myself full of 'roids to ever get up to repping 275.
After every set of bench press I go straight to the floor and do pushups. Go real slow on the way down and then push up hard enough to make your hands come off the floor. There's a name for these I read in mens health but I can't remember what it is. Do as many of these as you can after every set. My bench has gone from 205 to 235 in the last couple of months doing these.
