From MTV.com:

Canadian rock icons the Tragically Hip are making their way down from the Great White North to grace the stage at a venue near you. The band has announced 23 tour dates in support of its most recent release, In Between Evolution, beginning September 18 in Detroit and ending October 19 in Rochester, New York. ...

that's confusing because they say they're ending in Chicago but Rounder says there are tour dates AFTER that! One of them is in Rochester.

rochester might start the next leg of the tour a few more shows and then off for christmas time and start up in the new year across canada and the us border cities like buffalo and such with no hockey should be no problem getting arenas

Anyone have any info as to when the tickets go on sale for Rochester?

This show has not been confirmed by the venue (Auditorium Theatre), but they do say they are trying to firm up arrangements...I imagine things will be announced in a week or two. It's a nice theatre for a concert. Seating arrangement attached, so you can do your research for best seats ahead of time!
