I just love the song Paul Gross wrote/helped perform for the theme. It plays as the funeral procession is making its way to the cemetery near the start of the film. When I met him last year, I told him I was a big fan of the song and he said, very genuinely: "I'm glad somebody noticed that, thanks man..." Really cool in person and intimidatingly handsome... chicks all over the dude.

Parts of BB2000 were filmed in Kingston. The opening scene is at Milhaven Penitentiary. The mayor of Kingston, at the time it was filmed, is one of the prison guards. (Gary Bennett is his name.)
The Horrible Esthete - there is a post on page 2 that tells my Cincinnati story. It's where I met the boys on day in 98. Can't remember the name of the Venue though - real shitty part of town!

Bogarts! That's exactly the place! I couldn't believe when we walked in 1hr before the show and the place was EMPTY - we walked directly to the front and watched the show 5 ft from the stage. Unreal. Thanks for the refresher on the Venue.
