The killerwhaletank part deux....Well, it appears shamu's baby had a little issue with one of it's trainers. MSN actually has the video on their page. The guy didn't lose an arm, and the crowd seemed to think it was all part of the act....I was amazed at the hipnotic trance the guy put the whale into....it went from fury to friendly at the drop of a hat...if only gord could have done that he'd still be working at Sea World....that's one hell of a prosthetic arm he got huh? one thing I know for sure, that trainer had to get a new wet suit.

Anyway, once again...mammals should not be in captivity...unless you're a criminal in jail.

During a 1991 tour through California, the band recorded some songs to be distributed to radio stations for promotional purposes. During one such show Gord busted into a now legendary version of New Orleans Is Sinking into which he inserted a story about his "day job" cleaning the Killer Whale Tank at a government funded aquarium.

If you Kazaa "Killer Whale Tank" or it's equally legendary sister "Double Suicide" (A suped-up version of "Highway Girl") or ask around here, you'll be able to find the tracks.

They got TONS of play on Southern Ontario radio, including 97.7 Hitz FM which can be heard in Buffalo, NY, and for a lot of folks: sparked the obsession that would last a lifetime.

If you're lucky, you may be able to find the original promo disc "Roxy And Elsewhere" at a bootleg/import record store near you.
Yes, what Stephen said. (I didn't realize you were asking what "killerwhaletank" was)...
