I'm just really bummed. I can't find my copy of Music @ Work anywhere. I really wanted to listen to it while studying for this ridicuously pointless bio exam (damn liberal arts degree).

Ouch. That sucks.
However, the downloading and Hip Gods ask the question...If it doesn't come up, will you purchase another copy, or burn it.
If you have lost the whole package (booklet, cd and case) its a no-brainer...Gotta buy it again. But if you have only lost the cd itself, you have a moral dilemna on your hands.
I once lost four cd's on a plane from Toronto to New York. The security must have taken out my cd booklet, cuz it was nowhere to be found when i got to New York. Luckily, i didnt pack everything, and only lost four. So the cases weren't lost, and the cd's werent dear to my heart, so i just burned them again. But yours is a Hip cd... HMMMMM, quite the quandry me thinks....

I'd just buy it again. I know around here it's one of the less expensive Hip discs to purchase brand new. Probably between $7-12.

I just purchased my second copies of DFN and Road Apples from MapleMusic. Overplay and some user misuse have lead to some scratches. A few songs were unplayable.

I must have a full and complete selection of Hip Cds to satisfy my need. I hope you find your M@W CD, Jenna. How can you do without....?

YOU'RE ALL ALONE AND THE - ... I'm too late...

I feel your pain. I still have to replace Up to Here, Road Apples, Trouble and Live Between Us. I've already had to replace Fully. Its not easy to find copies in St. Louis, Missouri. I went to three different record stores and they can't even order them for me. Out of print. So I recently signed up for ebay. I'm also looking for any rare hip stuff like singles. Any help would be appreciated.

2 GD solo albums
4 Guess Who albums
2 Beatles albums
1 Barenaked Ladies album
1 REM album

PLUS two Beatles compilations, a 2 CD live recording of a BNL concert, and a relaxation CD only available in Hawaii. I found it a this morning wedged under the front seat of my car.

That'z exactly why I burn copiez of my Cd'z and put the originalz in a safe place! and if anything ever happenz to those, they're only CDr'z and also someonez gettin exposed to some choice Hip :thumb:

Wow... you've got me beat. That's really sad and, I'm sure quite frustrating. I'm still clawing my way through the house and my car trying to find it. Next I'll have to call up my friends and family members and ask if they've seen a multi-colored CD with a tree on it... Yeah. I hope it's somewhere in the house.

I had put together a few compilation CDs that got stolen out of a buddy's car. I'm not sure why they stole them-- did they think that a bunch of burned CDs would have some kind of value? They took other weird stuff like road flares etc.

Oh well... I hope they enjoy the music.
