HOORAY...and I can feel my thighs expanding at the mere thought of eating all 18 I just bought!
(of course, I won't eat them all in one sitting...maybe within 24 hours, but not one sitting...haha).
You have NO idea how deprived I have been of my fave treats. Whenever I went into Canada to visit my family, I'd stock up...but this is wonderful...they are two blocks away.
Oh wait, maybe it's not such a good thing...thankfully I'm a runner, I'll just run them off...or maybe take one on a run with me...

i never thought americans would get excited about having canadian made candy. I mean, whenever i cross the boarder and need to buy groceries...i have a real hard time finding isles that arent totally stacked with junk food. chocolate bars even have ther own isles...whts with that.
The one thing i love about your stores though are the flavoured triscuts...cant get em here
I'm not too sure if you are a fan of potato chips, but if you are you need to know this:
All-Dressed Chips and Ketchup Chips are two of Canada's biggest secrets. You should see if your little market has them. Ruffles All-Dressd are THE best!

Oh I know all too well about these flavours of chips. I grew up in Canada (born and raised)...have only been living in the US for four years. I don't care for All-Dressed, but I love ketchup. You can buy them here now, I've seen them in the store for about a year now.

Wow... I knew Smarties was only up here, but I didn't know that about Mr. Big 'n Coffee Crips... that's rough!

Just keep getting up to get a glass of milk to have with your chocolate bar. Then every time you get back, it's a new sitting. (BTW, do you call American "chocolate bars" candy bars now?)

I still call them chocolate bars...candy bars sounds funny, even after four years of hearing it. Granted, most people can pick me out as being Canadian when I go to the store and say that all I have to ring out are chocolate bars! ...eh??

Where is this place?? I am obsessed with Aero bars and All dressed Chips..I cannot find Ruffles All Dressed anywhere in the stores I shop in. Maybe it is a good thing....

The Globe Market is on Elmwood, near Cleveland...it's right beside Wilson Farms. That place is LOADED with Cdn. chocolate bars...

Have to thank Andre Cardinal here for introducing our campsite to the All-Dressed Chips. Those things were incredible. Only in Canada I guess.
I do see the Ketchup flavored ones every once in a while down here.
And Kari, what in the hell is a Coffee Crisp bar?? Sounds pretty bad to me!! Maybe because I can't stand coffee. As for Mr. Big, I am glad to see that he has put the music career on hold and is backing a candy bar, much better choice. ...I'm the one who wants to be with you, deep inside I know you feel it to (man I would kill for a reunion tour :jump )

Oh nononono...doesn't taste at all like coffee...it's not meant to. I think it might have been named because you can sit down and have it at a coffee break with your coffee. You HAVE to try them...they are to die for. I brought in some extras for my fellow employees...all Americans...and the three people I gave them to fell in love with them. One even went so far as to walk back down to Globe Market and bought three more for himself...
they are gooooooood stuff..
ohoh, but highwaygirl...they don't sell the chips there, incase there was any confusion. Not YET anyway...it's just the choco bars.

Yes, several places offer it...but at a minimum of $20 per order, usually. I used to get it from the Vermont Country Store...until I found it right down the street! Wheeeeeeee! :jump
