In a way, the sales don't matter because most music fans over the age of 12 have some sort of idea what's good or bad. Unfortuntely these pre-pubescents under 12 seem to be the majority of the record buying public. On the other hand, with more record sales comes more exposure and that's what bothers me- the fact that I can't turn on the television or radio without being exposed to music that makes me want to vomit. Let these fakes get their record sales but don't play their music 24-7!
