Would love to hear some live Gord. Anyone willing to help me out? I used to be on the newsgroup, and I used to send out free black and whites of The Hip. I also created the Let's Gather 'Round The Fan compilation, so I'm hoping someone who may have received something from me might be willing to help me out with getting some live Downie...

Jeff Peter's right? I remember you man! 'Gather round the fan' is still great, best comp IMO. I've said it before (on AMTH) but thanks for putting that together.
Anywho I think there may be some Gord shows on the hundredthmeridian server. I only got a couple of solo shows from last summer and I bought them from Maplemusic. Let me know if there are any on the server and if not i'm sure we can work something.

Thanks, I have discs 6,7, and 8, not sure if they ever were released...
I think i did manage to get them from thehip.org when it was still around. They're on my home comp so I'll have to check when I leave work.

hey dude -- i have all the shows -- i can make up an MP3 disc for you of my fav's if you want -- or go on Gord's site -- pick which ones you want -- and i can mail it to you -- or i have some on Soulseek if you want to download some from there -- ALSO the meridian FTP has them all -- you can get them there -- many options -- very willing to help!!!
