Townshend and Daltry
McCreedy and Vedder (love Stone and all, but a good night from Mr. McCreedy can make any Pearl Jam concert legendary)
Paige and Plant (listening to "In My Time of Dying" even as we speak)
Mick and Keef...or is that too obvious?
Steve
Chad Taylor and Ed Kowalczyk (Likini's Juice is just sick live!)
Must add another Page and Plant vote.
Also Brandon Boyd and Mike Einziger from Incubus.
Raine Maida and Mike turner/Steve Mazur from Our Lady Peace
These are prolly my favourites. (With the Hip naturally  )
Wasn't Mike Turner kicked out of OLP? What was that for anyway? Was he not enough of a virtuoso for Raine and the boys?
That's true though I like their older stuff alot better but their current guitarist is Steve Mazur.

Raine said it an interview that they were going in different musical directions.
Jack Black and Tenacious D.
K-Town Lassie Wrote:Bon Scott and Angus Young
OR
Brian Johnson and Angus Young.
Seconded!
Also, Lennon/McCartney/Harrison in any combination.
how about zack de la rocha and tom morello? any rage fans on base?
Good Topic Colin.
#1 for me is Ozzy & Randy.
Besides the ones already mentioned... I'd add Gregg Allman with brother Duane, and Dickey Betts.
Since I'm assuming Clapton & himself doesn't count,
I'll second the Page / Plant vote
and add Ozzy and Randy Rhoads (although Zakk Wylde is a solid filler).
I'm surprised there hasn't been a Mick Jagger / Keith Richards suggestion yet.
James Hetfield & Kirk Hammett (both play guitar, but they are my fave guitar duo/singer combo)
Ozzy Osbourne & Tony Iommi
Robert Plant & Jimmy Page
