I bought a case of Labatt Blue and was delightfully surprised to find a Tragically Hip CD!
1. Heaven Is A Better Place Today (IBE version)
2. Bobcaygeon (Live)
3. Music @ Work (Live)
The 2 live tracks are great sound quality. They were recorded at the Skydome, June 21, 2003. Pretty much the same sound as the tunes on Live between Us. And... they run together which is cool. Music @ Work is awesome. At the besinning Gord says,"Alright. all these fun and games are fine for you! Music at Work! Ha ha, Come on everybody! Come oooon. It's time to go to worrrk. It's time to go to worrrk. Honey, Honey, Honey! Uh! Everything is bleak..."
Does anyone know if this is the only Hip CD that comes in the Blue cases or if there are any others? I know there is an Our Lady Peace one.

Labatt Blue is not beer. It is MacroShit. If you can't tell the difference between Labatt Blue and Scotch Irish Sgt. Major's IPA, or Labatt Blue and Unibroue Trois Pistoles, I feel sorry for you. :lol: :rambo:

i am very brand loyal to Keiths India Pale Ale
How is Keith's different from Blue? they taste the same and they are both brewed by Labatt. Keith's shouldnt even be allowed to call itself an india pale ale. It is nothing more than a pale lager. It isnt hoppy enough to be called an IPA.
Stella Artois, Heineken or Carlsberg for this guy. European beer makes Canadian beer look like American beer.
Anybody care to share the live tunes from the CD? I am not sure......but I don't think you can get them here out East. Even then, I would have to think seriously hard about buying a 24 of Blue for a 1 in 4 chance of getting the CD.

The major brands are like drinking water with a little after taste. There are a few good breweries throughout the country that make some nice brew. It is like finding a needle in the haystack!
I don't drink, and I bought a case just to get the disc. And yet, I still have 28 bottles of the stuff in my fridge... even my drunken buddies won't touch the stuff. So I have to assume somethin' aint right with Blue...

:lol: I've started a beer discussung thread! I don't see what the big deal is really. I like blue, Keiths, Moosehead, Alpine, Corona, MGD, Schooner, Kokanee, whatever. I haven't tried too much Amarican beer, but Budwieser tastes like BudWATER.
Anyway, I'm not picky when it comes to food either. i'll eat or drink anything!
