No electronic balloting in my riding. They mailed my special ballot to me.
Not sure what planet you are on. There is no way that Jack won. The poor guy is lost on his views and looked pretty dumb founded when he said he was against the GST but then had to admit that the NDP would not completely eliminate it.
Plus, his on going crying about National Missile Defence, needs to end. Canada is on board with with US (like it or not). They have been for years, its just not openly discussed or covered.

You can't compare the extremists that you saw at parliament hill to anyone. I can't think of one of my friends, customers, relatives, neighbours, that walk around in a KKK uniform just because they want different leadership. That's an extremist view that they have.
Glad to hear it. I just wish the leader and moderate members of the party would condemn those extremists in public, yet I've heard nothing.
Gallant, Strahl and Reid have all made some intolerant coments recently, and if Harper had come down hard on them as he did good 'ol "Homosexuality should be illegal" Larry, I'd feel a lot better about him.
And I'll let you in on a little sceret: I'm a Peter McKay supporter. I disagree with Peter on a lot of issues, but I think he'd be an excellent leader and even PM. But it's not he and his supporters that have made me antsy towards the Conservatives.

Did anybody else think Paul Martin looked terrible putting his hands up to stop other speakers and continuosly ignoring people as he answered their questions? The guy wouldn't even look at them!
He came off like a spoiled teenager... David Herle needs to be fired Yesterday. And whoever else is helping "Team Martin" with strategy should be hired by Harper the minute he becomes PM, they're all a God send for the C's. This will become the best example of "how not to run a campaign" when it's over.

It's already been answered here, but I think all registered voters should have recieved a card stating the ways you could vote if you're going to be out of the country on June 28th. I just have to go to the voting station on the card on certain days between certain times and bob's yer uncle.
I believe I'm voting tomorrow. Depends on how busy I am preparing for the wedding on Saturday. Might have to hold off till Monday morning before I leave. Either way, I'll be heard dammit!
Actually, you don't even need your card...all you need is a piece of government ID with your name, address and signature on it (eg. provincial driver's licence) and you can go into your local returning office ANYTIME before June 22nd and vote...

well falling apart is how you look at it. The sponsorship scandal? the gun registry disaster (dont get me wrong I am not saying to have gun freely floating around, but if you say its going to cost 2 million, dont lie about it and then spend over a billion dollars implementing it). It just seems arrogance has gotten the best of the Liberals.
