Ahoy, can some 1 tell me if the Gold medal games of both men and woman were released on DVD? Somehow I don't thonk so.... :?

i dont think were released on dvd, i could be wrong.
however there was a dvd i bought called gold rush.
it documented the decision process through the gold medal game
kind of a waste of money
i bought it for the hockey and found very little of the game on the dvd

i remember reading the back
"all the goals, all the saves"

there was ONE save on the dvd

about a month ago i saw them on sale at a sports store for like $2.99

You are in luck! They are both on DVD and released together. Both games are as you saw them on CBC. There are no extras or anything, just the games. Those games have com ein handy getting pumped-up for a big game, or just before heading to the bars!

I bought mine from Future Shop, but I also saw it at HMV, it was about $25 when I bought it last summer.

I picked up that DVD as well...although I was really disappointed with the quality (in a word, it stinks), it's still better than the VHS copies I had...

You don't get any of the intermission stuff (Ron and Don, etc), but you do get the complete games, as LoftyPines said...
