Oh man that's funny! People are getting very smart with scams these days.
I kinda wonder how the German postal office couldnt prove anything; packages went missing on his route, I'm assuming they have a log of what he picked up to take on his route and it would appear very suspicious if he claimed that he delivered them and thiefs kept taking them.
