I was up all night last night writing a take-home (yeah, I left it to the very last minute...) so now I'm going to bed.
good luck...enjoy the sleep.... I'm jealous, but it sounds like well deserved rest!

I woke up well rested to find that the Leafs had lost... so it all worked out well in the end.
Seems like you've got one helluva work load ahead of you though... good luck with that and here's hoping all that hard work lands you the kind of job where you can yell at people and take days off at random for Hip trips!
one of the benefits of becoming a teacher....nice long summers!! :thumb:

It seems half of the people I know are going into teaching. I think the Summers Off for Hip tours must be a HUGE incentive.
You have to promise to work Hip references into the lessons. "Alright class, if Dr. King taught us anything, it was: tolerance, justice and non-violent activism will ensure that we live to survive our paradoxes."
Public policy finished up almost three hours ago and I'm still having a hard time moving my right hand... it seems curled into a pen shap.
The end of another new year I suppose. Now it's time to move
Cheers

I know what you mean! My hand is still killing me from writing 22 pages in 2 hours for my communications exam yesterday...
One more... english
Mwhahahahahaha. I just finished my "Emerging Educational Theory" paper.
yet
the victory is short lived...I now get to write a critique of Judith Butler...nothing irks me more than uninformed, closed minded feminists. bah.

I still have two papers to write: one on War and Diplomacy, one on International Humanitarian Law and an exam on IHL too :?
borgs Wrote:hey loftypines i'm at western too,
what year are ya in and where abouts do you live ?
are you the other guy i see walking around campus wearing my TTH - NHL logo hat ??
Hey, good to see a fellow Mustang on the boards. I am now finished with first-year MIT. Lived in Elgin Hall this year.
...Don't think I am the one with your hat, sorry!
Hey... how is the MIT course at Western? I got accepted but felt wary about it so i chose York instead (ha)... is it more writing or more technical?
Well I can only base it on first year, but the MIT courses had a great amount of writing. I really enjoyed my classes, except for "Introduction to Information Retrieval Systems". A course that basically teaches you how to use a library efficiently. It was total hell!!!
I am in the collaborative MTP program with Fanshawe college, so that will be more technical and hands-on.
thats awesome, then you can take the masters in journalism at UWO :thumb:
i guess MIT would be the equivalent to a communications degree, right? i just didnt take it because it seemed as though it was based more on technology...
today is my last one...finally
I had my last one yesterday, Managerial Accounting, boy was it long. I am so glad this year is done. just 2 more to go. Woo
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. One more paper to finish, one exam to tackle...then I'm outta here. Less than 48 hours and counting...
