ABAC is the Hip's best lead single. /thread
I would suggest again putting ("is the weakest") after the song choices, or this one could be a gong show.
People voting against ABAC must simply be voting for the perceived "better" song. I won't argue with someone who thinks that Poets is a superior song. However, lead single-wise, ABAC should wipe the floor with Poets. ABAC is by far the most important single the Hip have ever released, period. Following the radio unfriendly DFN, TATH would have been in serious commercial trouble without ABAC. PP would have been just fine without Poets. I also think the Hip have spoken on this topic by making ABAC the last song they ever played. In choosing it to be the last note to go out on, they recognized its significance.

ABAC should have been a hit south of the border as well. The fact that it wasn't is absolutely baffling to me, as that song is pure sugary pop sweetness and should have rightly catapulted them to superstardom.
If I remember correctly, I believe it cracked the Billboard top 150 in the U.S. at one point, but then quickly disappeared.
