I do not have one, but,isn't it just a Hip sticker on the front of The packaging?
That's really the reason I never grabbed one.
Ya, I cant find the online image anymore. Packaging was normal twister style and with Plan A Album cover on the front of the Case that holds the mini game.

There it is. Kinda cool promo item. I wouldent pay a ton for it but at the right price yes.
