Streaming only. I've spent some time this morning scrolling through the archives and I'm kinda disappointed actually. If you're a Neil fan, you likely already own everything in there, as it looks like it only features the official releases. Personally I was hoping for more obscure unreleased stuff, and maybe some live material we haven't heard yet. But there's none of that in there as far as I can tell.

Interesting. I haven't checked it out myself yet -- I do have mountains of Neil music already (vinyl, CD, digital) so I'm not jonesing quite yet...hoping there are some undiscovered gems to be found when I do dive into this.

Show last night was something special! Anyone notice the still photo of Neil walking away on a dusky rail track? Couldn't help but to think if this was coincidental or some sort of tribute to Gord. Anyone know if this is a stock photo from Neil's archive or something new?

Most likely a coincidence, but the first thing my wife said when she saw it was, "That looks like Gord."

Great show, but there sure was a "goodbye, thanks for the memories" feel to it. Hope that's not the case, but sure felt like it was a retirement/no more touring type show.

I know for a fact he's been wanting to play in this area for at least 5 years now - so take that for what it's worth.
Stop, hey, what's that sound? It's the sound of this show being re-broadcast on CTV television this Sunday night at 9pm. If you're a Neil fan and you somehow missed the live online steam from last Friday's show, definitely check it out.

Anyone bidding on Neil's auctions right now?

Enjoyed the CTV broadcast last night, although I feel the some of the between song banter was chopped out. The show would cut back to the audience laughing, leaving me feel like a missed out on the joke. I should have caught the live stream.

It was languidly paced, which Neil referenced himself at one point, but you couldn't get much more intimate than this. When he was playing piano down front, those in the first row could have reached out and touched him.

Great to see Uncle Neil still out there plying his trade. He's a treasure, and given all those that we've lost over the past two years, it feels even more special to see him playing music. The first big trip I ever took with my wife was on the train from NB to Toronto to see Neil at Molson Park in 1996 so he's always occupied a special place in my musical heart, even if I've drifted from him a bit over the past few years.

My first Neil concert was that one in Barrie too, Potsie. A great Crazy Horse show! And you're right, the re-broadcast was edited - at least one song was cut (Love is a Rose) and some of Neil's puttering around on stage was cut too. And I found those commercial breaks a buzzkill too. Despite this, nothing could temper my enjoyment of this -- I absolutely loved every second of Neil's performance. Hearing Neil play an acoustic version of Don't Be Denied? My god. I have been trying to find the original live stream online, so I'm not giving up hope yet.
