I have a metal gargoyle pin that I got as a free giveaway with my original copy of Trouble At The Henhouse back in 1996. I never wear it and I am sure someone would appreciate it much more than I am. Thinking of putting it on eBay. Also have a 95 Canadian tour t-shirt in good shape that I have outgrown.
As with all memorabilia, the value is what someone is willing to pay for it
Having said this, generally people looking to profit on hip stuff is frowned upon and your timing is pretty insensitive.
How is it insensitive to want someone who will truly appreciate it to be able to have access to memorabilia? I don't recall mentioning exorbitant money-grubbing prices. Also, I believe that one of the purposes of this subforum is for people who wish to sell Tragically Hip merchandise. At this time, perhaps people are actively searching for items the wish to add to their collections.
I think his point is that you just joined the group here. Maybe too soon to be asking about what you can profit on. Its tough being a newbie.
