introduce actually arrived christmas morning! it was joyous and sad all at once. still no grand bounce. no biggie.......i've waited this long.

Has anyone emailed them about the missing albums and heard back? Still nothing...haven’t heard back from them.

any halfway decent customer service outfit would have forewarned order was short shipped

it took several emails from me to get a response back...


Hello Dave,

The Grand Bounce vinyl was delayed in delivery to the warehouse so they shipped your order separately.

You should receive the other vinyl within a couple days.

I'm still waiting for my pre-order of Introduce Yerself to ship -- got a message back after a few emails saying they would ask shipping to expedite the order, but still stuck in "processing" in my account.

Pretty brutal -- Merchmrkt and Maple Music are the same company (not sure why the two different brands?) I've always had great service from them in the past, and good communication when things are delayed, but this is pretty brutal.

That sucks. Thanks for the updates though. At least they are aware of the short shipment. This is coming up on what..4 months since we ordered? I know they had a delayed shipping date at the time of order, but this is way beyond.

I ordered the Glorious Sons new album around the same time and still haven’t gotten that either...

So did some stores get a repressing and some didn't? If so, that is going to really piss me off with this whole situation... I have been waiting forever. Definitely not ordering from this site again. Back to the local shops for me.

I am going to check my local shops tomorrow. If they don't have it, I may be looking on here..

For Conquering Sun I really do not think it was a repressing that I am seeing. I am pretty sure the copies I am seeing are just unsold from the original run.
