cheers to that, being from PEI it seemed like the hip were the only band i liked that would tour anywhere near us in the 90's

Being from Newfoundland, I appreciate the fact that I got to see them this many times! Last August in Ottawa was such a memorable show!

My best venue was in Indianapolis in 2007. My wife and I lived in St. Louis at the time and we drove to Indy to see them in The Vogue, a small club that would seat maybe 500. We got there early and grabbed a table and chairs off to the side. We were maybe fifty feet from the stage. They opened with an energetic rendition of The Lonely End of the Rink, as I recall. Great times.

Charlottetown...twice at the Civic Centre (99 & 07) and twice on the waterfront (06 & 08).
