Anyone from the area know the place??
I was talking with someone earlier and this store came up. They had a few things I was trying to track down when they closed earlier this year. Anyone know where all their stock went or how I can contact the last owner? I believe Mike Star was the main guy but he passed???
Used to shop here all the time as a kid when I lived in Oshawa. Mike is still at all the record fairs in and around the GTA.

Too bad it closed - Oshawa, believe it or not, has a burgeoning arts community and would probably be a prime place for a record store these days.
arewheyehen - you a local?
anybody else here 'shwa local?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Mike (Star) passed away? It was run by his brother Steve until closing?

Nah, I'm actually from London, but I come to Oshawa sometimes for a few things. Nice little town.
