Very excited to be putting on a Hip tribute night in London on January 19th! We're going to screen the Secret Path and then have a night of live tributes at The Good Ship in Kilburn. All proceeds going to the Gord Downie and Chanie Wenjack Fund.

Let's bring the Canadian party to London for a night! Spread the word to all known expats.

Just a bump as this is next week.

The more work I've put into this night the more excited and proud I am to put it on. It's going to be great and would be even better if we can fill the pub with fans and Canadians.

Just curious, how did this event turn out across the pond? Hope it was a success for ya.

It went pretty well! Not a huge turnout but considering it was a cold and miserable Thursday night in London, I think we did alright. Had about 20-25 people come because of posts/advertising around boards and expat groups, so there was a nice Canadian presence. That was on top of friends and colleagues who I had coerced into coming. My UK friends all had positive things to say and are all turned on to the Hip now and conscious of Chanie's story.

I've had a few messages/tweets asking if there's going to be another night so I'm hoping to do it all again for Canada Day in July. Thanks for asking!
