i recently rediscovered this song and i freaking love it.
this would have been a good fit on Road Apples, imho.
also, Crack My Spine Like a Whip is a good tune too.
No argument there...
I think Work That Hard would have been perfect for Road Apples too, and Montreal would have been supremely perfect on Up To Here. I always wished they'd done them for an album so we could have flawless copies...it would be a dream come true to be able to have mixed and mastered versions of these.
It would be nice to have even a crappy version. AHH I wish that ftp site would work for me!
alot of the UNREALSED stuff is great and it is a shame they never released them!
Angie, download Kazaalite or Kazaa, search for Tragically Hip, and you'll find good, crappy and in between versions of most the unreleased songs
ouch would be awesome on RA
I'll bet a steak dinnar that they release these tunes this year......
It helps that you're in Nunavut and people would have to spend two thousand bucks to fly there to take you up on that bet
I'll meet them half way,the nice guy I am :thumb: I'm in the NWT BTW 8)
how about betting a gift certificate on EBAY. If your right i'll paypal u the amount of an item u want (up to a reasonable amount of course)and dito if i'm right... cause i say NO WAY JOSE that they release their unrealsed.
think about it...
I'll bet you a one-way ticket to Antarctica that they're not released this year!!

Thanks Heron, I will have to try it. I have a few crappy version's of other unreleased songs, but not it's just as well.
Your welcome :thumb: It's surprising what people will have to share at Kazaa, i've been able to get fairly good quality recordings of unreleased songs, somebody even had two songs from one of the acoustic radio shows the Hip did for Phantom Power..that was awesome!
