i know, right?!

i think this is the oldest recording we have ever heard.

Copper Penny recording predates it by about 2 years.

Can't do much with the mp3 in terms of mastering...would be nice to be able to do transfer from the original cassette.

Lol Renfrew.

Can't wait to listen when I get home!

Amazing find!

I didn't realize how much I wanted to hear The Hip cover Wolly Bully.

Predates the ElMo show by a couple of months, so yes.

Same Jessica Walter story is told before Evelyn at both gigs.

Omg Chuck Berry's Nadine?

Epic

OMG, the Bedrock Twist! That's freakin hilarious!!!! For those of you perhaps too young to remember any specific Flintstones episodes....

This is fantastic! How does something like this stay vaulted until today?! Hoping that more of these early year gem recordings make their way to see the light of day.

What's striking to me is that how good of a band they were, even back then. What's the song in between HIghway Girl and 2000 Light Years...it's mostly a call and response between Gord and Paul, sounds like they are saying "Hitchhiker Baby" but hard to make out the words.
