Trying for Kingston and the Hammer town, Great Soul willing.

I'm focusing on Kingston. IM SO SCARED

Aiming for Victoria and Vancouver if I can get through pre-sale. Although I have not received any of the emails recently from the hip and can't seem to sort out why... so not sure how the pre-sale is going to go. I have tried updating the email address but it tells me that I am already on the list. Hoping the email will be posted on the thehip.com like the others have once you are logged in.

So thankful they rolled through Northern BC last Fall with the FC tour. I managed to catch Gord solo twice in 2012 but had not seen the hip together since 2007. Hopefully two more final shows... nearly 20 years after my first show at ARA '97 Thunderbird Stadium.

I'm a bit nervous about pre-sale as well, since I haven't received any e-mail or anything. Due to prior scheduling commitments I may have to fly to Calgary instead of catching the local show (Vancouver).

What I want to ask, though, is: am I the only one who wants to attend this show alone, without friends or hangers-on? None of my friends or family feel the same level of connection with the Hip that I do. This is going to be a super emotional experience and I don't want to "share" it with people who won't be feeling the same way. I plan to attend solo, if I can get a ticket.

I always do shows solo. It's preferable to me.

I am planning to attend the Victoria one solo but am going to try for 4 tickets to Vancouver and go with my brother and sister. My sister and I have been to a couple of hip shows together and this will be my brothers first experience. Best of both worlds one solo and one with family.

My wife and I have seen about 40 shows together, and some with friends -- for these we said only us. We have a lot of special memories with shows together -- 25 or so years. Plus, I expect to be bawling before the first note.

Vancouver. Edmonton. Calgary. Hopefully a Toronto show.

I'm doing Toronto x 2, Ottawa and Kingston, Gord willing. Doing one Toronto show and both Ottawa and Kingston with a good friend who's equally passionate about the Hip, and the second Toronto show with my wife, who I introduced to Gord's live persona. I've seen shows solo, which can be great. But for these, having someone else there who understands what the band means to me will make the shows even more special.

Shooting for the mid-week ACC show. Figure the Friday one will be ultra-high demand.

Hoping my mom can work some magic from her house for Hamilton. My stomach is already in knots
