So I was looking at the NY&CH tour website with all the info on it, you can click on set list of past shows. Seems like he is only doing 14 songs a night. Unless they are doing a lot of jamming, it seems like it could be dissapointing. Has anybody seen him on this tour yet? If so how was it. Im asking becuase I have the opportunity to get some Row 1 tickets right beside the stage for cost but thats $420 so im humming and hawwing after checking out those setlists from this tour.
damn straight they're jamming, if i had the cash i'd go see them

i wouldn't pay over $200 to see neil or anyone for that matter and i've seen neil about 10-12times
i wouldn't be surprised that some songs in the 14song set are 20+ minutes long
if you have never seen neil with crazy horse buy a cheap seat and then you will win+
no need to see those wrinkles up close(imo)
Just got back from seeing Neil in Kingston last night, it was a great show, definitely recommend grabbing a ticket if you can. Only 14 songs were played, but as "ashtray" said the jams lasted long, Walk Like a Giant clocked in somewhere around 20 minutes I bet. Strange thing was, seemed like a little shorter than normal version of Cortez?...LOL. All in all though he played for over two hours.

The only disappointment I had was he only picked up his Martin for two acoustic. Was hoping for more of that, but I guess when he's with Crazy Horse you have to expect that as well.

Its amazing how energetic he is still at this age and you could see how much he still loves doing this, he was laughing and smiling all night and drawing songs out as long as he possibly could....almost seemed like they were competing to see who could draw it out the longest.

Anyways, it was a great show, Neil never fails to disappoint!

On a separate Hip note, we were at The Red House for supper and drinks (just around the corner from K-Rock), Paul was there as well heading out to the show.
I saw Neil Young back with the International Harvesters around 1984. It was no Crazy Horse let me tell you. More of a rock country show. The above link to the youtube video is great stuff. Now I wish I did buy those tickets. Looks like he is kickin it hard with Crazy Horse.
GA floors for all his shows are only $75. cannot wait to see him in calgary in november.
