USA! USA!

Just sayin'.

US offense wasn't extremely strong. Very few shots on goal. Brodeur just made 2 very costly mistakes. Playing baseball at a hockey game is generally not a good idea. And when you poke check, you should try to stay somewhere close to your net.

I will give it up for Ryan Miller though. He did a great job and deserves all the praise in the world.

Reminiscent of a Billy Smith or Ronnie Hextall move

That was usually to someones head though!
Ryan Miller is looking to pull a Hasek. I think he just might be able to do it.

USA! USA!
hey boner, do your job and merge the thread, it is silly that this is its own thread.

He's even wearing Hasek's #39...
Should be good night to crack a few Blues and watch this classic. Sorry for The South sending you guys from The North to see The Russians earlier than expected. Hoping to see ya on Sunday, that would be a classic. Hopefully Miller has another game in him to get us there. Long Live the King, The King is Dead, your luck lies in Luongo's glove now. Somebody please roll the "Hockey Night in Canada" themesong now!

come back when you actually win something...
Now that Russia is out, and if Canada can make it to the gold medal game it would mean that Sweden woudl be out, a Canada/USA rematch would be fantastic. Although i'm kind of hoping Jaromir Jagr can lead the Czechs to the final.

Man oh man, what a fucking shitty performance by Kipper...yikes. I mean, the whole team looks kinda flat, but Kipper played like shit. I would be very concerned as a Flames fan.

 Awesome, anyone with a problem with this is a complete jackass. That idiot American getting his panty's in a bunch about this in that video wouldn't be saying any of that if the Americans had won. His point about it being in public is complete garbage and holds absolutely no water. Absolutely every time a team wins a penant or a championship in any sport they always show the players smoking cigars and drinking champagne in the locker room immediately afterwards on t.v. and kids see that too.

Where was this idiot when Jon Montgomerie won gold in Skeleton and chugged a pitcher of beer in front of a crowd on stage in Whistler Village, nobody had any qualms about that, probably because he didn't beat out an American
