I was reading the info file from a
torrent on The Tracker (1996-11-08 - Vancouver BC), which said the version of ATHM from that show was nearly 15 minutes long. I know that they used to jam out NOIS for quite a long time in the early days as well. Recently (at least on the two UK shows that I saw) Gord's been ranting during ATHM as well as doing his crazy dance moves, which have made them pretty long. I was just wondering what the longest ever one has been? Does anyone know, or could make a guess. :thumb:
I am not sure of the longest - but I'll have to think about it.
I think most of the long jams came out of The Henhouse tour. I know the PP tour had many extended jams, but I believe TATH were the longest.
Now you got me thinking.
The version of At The Hundredth Meridian from the Las Vegas Fremont St. show in '96 was just under 18 minutes if memory serves me correctly.

Do you have a copy of this show? I have been looking for it but I do not think I ever found it.
I think during Meridian they played Stereo and So Hard Done By.

I don't have a copy of the show. The 100th song has been posted as a SotD, and I remember it being almost 18 minutes. Would make a terrific future Live from the Vault release though
9-30-1996 has an appx. 23 minute version of Meridian including an ultra-rare Hiccups without being played before Dare Devil. I think that's the longest I've heard.
Cheers,
Pat
1996-10-06 burlington 19minutes of meridian with poets, save the planet, if you lived here, chagrin falls, cookie factory and many more... NOIS from the same show is pretty awesome as well, with a cool version of insomniacs and stereo

Cool, they both sound amazing! If anyone has recordings of any of these extended jams, I'd love to hear them!

Here is the 10-6-96 version of 100th Meridian.
I picked this one over the other show because the 9:30 version does not sound very good.
