Count that again, it's actually 7! And don't get me started on Unions - the current strike in Toronto is driving me crazy.

Where else but a union do you get 18 paid sick days per year, 18 days that you can bank and then cash out when you retire for a fat payout?
I know this isnt the right forum but how is that strike going? Any end in site? Garbage stacking up and getting stinky?

The unions accepted the deal today. They are supposed to start work again at midnight tonight.

City council still has to accept the deal - that may be an issue.

Yep, I thought of that after my post ... so naturally if the jackpot came my way each Union member would get the a\v upgrade, 2 primo tix to every show, unlimited supply of coconut cream, and 365 paid sick days per year which can be banked and cashed out for retirement.
DAMNNNNNNN, can I get in this union?

I'd spend more money than I had before... dah!

nothing would change much....unless I lived a life stuck in exhalted consciousness?......then I might wish for toys and other experiences like you all.

I would like to think that even children outgrow toys eventually, eh? :rambo:

Dude, its not for real ... just some light hearted harmless ramblings. Lighten up.

Ditto me too on Unions: Apparently all the unionized employees at legacy INS are able to bank all of their sick days and cash them out upon retirement, the rest of us who joined Homeland Security after 2001 don't get that sweet deal. There's one guy here who has 2100 sick day hours banked who is going to get a very nice retirement gift from the taxpayers... :nooooo :nooooo
