I just called the landmark theater about a show on this date,and they said nothing has been set up as of now.Live nation has it listed, and says tickets go on sale 7/25.I hope it gets straightened out before then.

What about hotels right there?
Google is not much help with this.

The Hawthorn Suites and the Jefferson Clinton are the two closest places if I remember right.

I think some hotels may have closed/changed names/merged because some stuff is not making sense.
Jefferson is already sold out - and for Hawthorn I got this message: Based on your request, there are no Hawthorn accommodations available on our system at this time.

Google search syracuse armory square hotels.There are a few near the landmark,but i am not familar with them.Hope this helps.

I know that the Hotel Syracuse (also nearby) has been open, closed, refurbished, open again, then closed. Syracuse has been trying to lure major hotel brands into the Armory Square area and not having a ton of luck. Sorry for the bad info, it's just what I remember the nearby hotels being.

There are alot of places less than 10 mins by car to be had.

TheHip.com says the Syracuse presale started on July 21st, however there is no presale link/password when I'm logged into the site.

Am I missing something? I haven't bought any presale tickets yet this year straight from the site.. maybe they're having problems. Any help/direction would be much appreciated!

According to Live Nation, the public onsale is Saturday, July 25th at noon. The email sent out didn't list Syracuse as having a presale. Perfect timing, as I'll be at 10 Ugly Men leading up to the Hip show in Rochester.

I am trying to buy tickets for the 11/6 show in Salamanca. The hip site shows tickets go on sale 7/21 but the link to ticketmaster does not list the show. I called the event center and they said they go on sale 7-28 at noon. Anyone know what is going on here?

I assume, besides the listed presales on TheHip.com, that the webmaster just put in "general" information so far for all the recently added dates - just so they could be on the site. They will adjust the ticketing information at a later date.

Yes, slight date issue on presales - fixing now. The only presales on right now are posted on the show page. Not ALL shows have presales. Sorry for the confusion.

According to this article ticket prices are $37.50.
