Anyone have any idea if the Hip is planning on announcing any other shows in Atlantic Canada, specifically St John NB?? I dont want to pay the amount of the Virgin Festival when i can see them in St John where the sound is excellent + its indoors.

If The Hip do come through the maritimes again this tour, I would be willing to bet it would probably be Jan / Feb 2010, as it seems their 09 itinerary has filled up pretty fast.

It is a shame, however, that NB has been overlooked this tour. After the Halifax show they have 19 days off and, granted, I'm sure they'll need the R&R but, come on, it's a 3 1/2 hour drive to SJ or Freddy Beach for a show Sunday night. I mean really??!!?? Really The Tragically Hip? Could you really not hook us NBers up? Really? (spoken with my best Seth Myers impression)
