I think it is really interesting, and I wish other bands would go as deep and play as much stuff from their catalog as the HIP does. Keep up the good work. By the way, I was at the 930 show in DC and thought it was the best HIP show I have seen. Great crowd, venue, set list, and band energy.

Funny, but after seeing this year's shows I find myself wishing that the Hip would go as deep into their catalog as other bands do. But I guess we're probably referring to completely different 'other bands'.
They played Kids don't get it only once? that's insane.

I would really love to hear any of these tonight...
Time for the Hip to reach into the vault and break out a few unplayed gems. For the first time this tour, the total number of songs played equals total number of shows. It would be nice if they could finish the tour with a 1:1 ratio. Big Grin

Perhaps there's still a chance for songs like Sherpa, 38 Years Old and Cordelia. :thumb:
I heard 2 of those in the same show. Lucky me. Still waiting to hear cordelia

Looking at the date last played for most of those songs, it's no wonder I've only seen MM@W from that album (my first show of the year was in mid June).
The amount of songs which have disappeared on this tour is kind of crazy, and this is mostly a follow-up to my previous post. I made this list using sherpa's stats from the first post. I hope you don't mind sherpa.

Really interesting to see which songs the Hip dropped from their setlist, and how quickly. In this short time period (from April to June) the only song I can think of that was dropped, then returned later was On the Verge. And since their rotating setlist was established in June, hardly any other songs were dropped and only a few others were added (Gems comes to mind). I find this surprising and wonder what the reasoning behind it is.

I'm not sure how or why I managed to do this - but with the upcoming tour is anyone planning to do some stats or should I try again?

I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated by this community if you had another go at it :thumb:
I'm quite curious already to see which NFPA songs will make regular appearances on the upcoming tour and which will fall by the wayside in the early going.
