Can somebody please explain how this twitter stuff works, all I've got is this ancient old Sanyo phone. Does your phone need to be 3G in order to twitter. I'm feeling older every day and I've only just turned 20
Yeah, I don't get the whole twitter craze. Twitter this and tweet that....sounds pretty f'ing lame to tell you the truth. But hey, to each their own.

I call it tweets and twash, twash being a bunch of twits or tweets, as they say. Actually, the person who uses it in a cool way is Ellen Degenres. She tweeted a contest for people to show up with a potted plant at on a certain escalator to get tickets for prince I think and they filmed it and it was really funny. 17 people got a pair of tickets. Now I'm not going to do that. A live setlist broadcast might be nifty maybe. . .

:thumb: Live setlists would be a great start, MAv.. But if you can get the guys involved, or even just one of them, it wold be killer.
As for understanding Twitter, you just gotta get on there and try it. I was a total non-believer a few weeks ago, and now I'm about 50-50. If and when the individual band members start making their own postings, I think people here will follow them in droves. Just think...

For sure, live set lists would be enough to get me to check out Twitter. To date, I just haven't seen what the big deal is. It's cool to see MAv taking the time to reach out to fans in various ways.

I would also like to know how this works before I sign up.
Can I get the setlist text updates on my cellphone? I'm thinking not, because I'm with MTS - not Rogers, Telus... etc..
If I can't get that to happen, then I won't be signing up - I'll just follow the online link.
