The thunder clouds are accumulating. Let the dates rain down upon us.
If I decide to go to Dalhousie in september that would be unrealllll
a show at the confederation centre in charlottetown would be epic, the acoustics in there are great, hell i'd settle for a show here in summerside @ the harbourfront jubilee theatre
I'd settle for multiple nights at the Imperial in SJ!

(A boy can dream... can't he?)
harbour station in St John or even at Halifax RockFest!! that would close it up nicely!

If they threw the Hip into that line up it make for a really kick ass show. But I am not sure if they would suddenly add another act to it.

Now if they did "An Evening With..." at the Rebbecca Cohen. But yeah, Imperial Theatre would kick ass. Or even just a bunch of outdoor shows. Oh who cares where they play, just GIVE US SOME DATES. I'll be at all the shows in the Maritimes.
Maybe they'll open for AC/DC. Monsters of Rock.

Rumours I heard were Aerosmith and ZZ Top as the openers for that one.

all they need is the hip and that show would be ridiculously epic

That's VERY unlikely. Aerosmith and ZZ Top are on a competing tour with AC/DC's. They're also playing Sturgis on August 5th with some Western Canadian dates (Regina August 9th) rumoured after that. It would be sick if they did open, but schedule-wise it seems totally unrealistic. And, with no intended slight to any potential opener for that show, I'm not sure why fans would even want one...with these type of outdoor shows, having openers just cuts into the headliner's set time.

As for Atlantic Canadian Hip dates, they have to be coming, don't they? Didn't they do this on the WC tour as well, only hitting the Maritimes on the 2nd leg?
