I just called Universal Music Canada ( I-866-441-2345 ) and told them that I hadn't received my CD yet.
The nice lady on the phone said that they had had a problem with Canada Post. She took my name and address and said I would receive the CD tomorrow by courier!
Hows that for good service...after lousy service!

What were the odds of this?

After making the call to Universal Music, I head out to the old mail box and what do I see...a brown wrapped package from Maple Music with my name on it!! Finally arrived!

And now I have them sending me a replacement copy to arrive tomorrow! Going to make a nice present for a friend!

I now have Fully Completely playing from Live From The Vault Vol. 4....does it ever sound awesome! This time period in the bands history is my favourite and this CD is so sweet! Can't wait for Saturday night in Boston.

Weird......Maple Music doesn't suck anywhere near as much as I thought. Told them about my damaged LP and they apologized
and said they will send me a new one ASAP with no shipping charge or anything. Great service from Dayna in CS. Yay!!!!
