I just sat there both nights with beer in one hand and air-guitar pick in the other, occasionally expressing mild annoyance at the blinding shaft of white light beaming skyward out of Jenna's Blackberry at the start of every song.

I was just trying to do my part; it only took me until the second set to sober up enough to have the coordination to text from inside my purse.

This band is off the road until the next tour. The nap I took before going to work this morning didn't allow me to shake off the effects of our hip trip. The sun needs to hurry up and set.
