Any 'basers use a netbook, a mini-laptop, whatever you'd like to call it? The biggest drawback to me seems to be the lack of a cd/dvd player and the mass amount of scrolling you have to do. But for the amount of travelling and writing I do at concerts, it seems worth it. Any opinions out there would be much appreciated-

My girlfriend just got an Acer netbook and she loves it. Her main problem was with the lack of CD drive as well, because she couldn't install microsoft office. She got around that by just copying the installation data to a jump drive and bringing it over. If you need a CD drive that bad, you can go get an external drive for about 60 bucks from future shop.
