A buddy of mine just called me and he said that he got it from a reliable source that on Monday a London Hip show will be announced. Anyone else hear anything about this?

lol I guess I beat you to the punch but it does give me a little more confidence when talking about it knowing that im not the only one to hear this rumour.
July 23rd or whatever date it is seems pretty far away even if it is The Hip.

before seeing any of these posts i heard on fm96 that there's a big concert announcement coming on monday... no hints that it was the hip but they said it was big. these rumors are getting me excited!

We are soooo stoked and can't wait! We had a feeling the announcement was going to be The Hip. When we saw them at the JLC in 2007, Johnny told us they were working on an outdoor event in London then! Here's a pic of us and Gord from that night. My daughter Stephanie (in the pink "Chemo Sucks" touque) was the "Stephanie" Gord dedicated the evening to.
